Upcoming Events
 | GHYO end of season concert will be on May 9, 2010, at Houston Baptist
University, 4pm in Dunham Theater, Morris Cultural Arts Center. It
will be a special Mother's Day concert. Every mother is welcome and
will receive a rose.

| Applications to join the GHYO are being accepted for all positions. Auditions will be
arranged upon the submission of the application, and held at Moores School of Music, University of
Houston. |

| 2006 Fall concert was held on November 19th, 2006, Sunday 4:00PM at Stude
Concert Hall, Shephend School of Music, Rice University. Thanks for all
toys you have brought in. |
| 2007 Sprint concert was held on March 4th, 2007, Sunday 4:00PM at Cullen
Performance Hall, University of Houston. It was a wonderful
performance and enjoyable event. |
| 2007 end of season concert was held on May 20th, 2007, Sunday, 4:00pm
at Stude
Concert Hall, Shephend School of Music, Rice University. What a
wonderful season for the GHYO. Congratulations to all of GHYO young
artists, conductors and parents for their successful performances, hard

| The first concert of our 15th season was held on November 18, 2007 at
Morris Cultural Arts Center, Houston Baptist Universtiy. Thanks for the toys
you have given to Houston's needy children who would have a brighter holiday
season. |

| 2008 Fall concert was successfully held on November 23, 2008.

Concerto Competition winners. |

Philharmonic/String Ensemble concert was held on February 14, 2010. |
| 2010 Spring Orchestra side-by-side concert with Houston Symphony was
held on February 16, 2010. This Salute To Educators event was
wonderful experience for GHYO young musicians. |
